Jered's Services we provide

RotoBlaster
Jered has in place an automatic Rotoblast machine, manufactured by Pangborn. This unit takes raw steel plates and burned shapes and sandblasts them prior to further fit-up, welding and painting. The unit removes all mill scale, dirt and grease that could contribute to unsatisfactory welds. The Rotoblaster can handle sheets up to 10 feet wide by 40 feet in length.

Quality Certified Welding
All welders at Jered undergo extensive training and must pass qualification and certification testing prior to performing production welding on any of Jered's products. Jered's welders hold certification to MIL-SPEC, AWS, ABS and DOT codes.

Shock Testing
Mission critical equipment on U.S.Navy ships must be capable of operation before, during and after underwater explosions. Shock tests are performed on all such equipment prior to acceptance.

Sub-Contract Fabrication
Jered provides quality fabrications to customer designs. With quality systems and process certifications already in place, Jered can handle a wide variety of fabrications from fairly small to the extremely large fabrications. With access to shipping by water right off our property, size and weight are not limited.
