Aircraft Elevators / Cargo Elevators / Weapons Elevators
Jered LLC has provided virtually all of the aircraft elevators for the US Navy, including the CVN 71-77, LHA 1-5, LHD 1-8, LPH 9-12. Jered also provided the aircraft elevators for France's Charles de Gaulle and Spain's Principe de Austrias aircraft carriers. The lift capacity of the aircraft elevators varies per the particular ship with the largest being 200,000 pounds payload on the CVN 76 and 77. The safety and reliability of the Jered aircraft elevators have made them the choice as a mission critical piece of equipment.
Jered has also supplied the cargo and weapons elevators for over half the US Naval fleet. Ship classes include the AE, AOR, AKA, LPH, AFS, CVA, LHA, AS, CGN, LPD and CVN 68-77. Hoist weights range from 4,800 lbs. to 43,000 lbs (including platform). Jered was the first to incorporate a Shock Qualified PLC elevator control system on a Navy Standard Elevator design.

Anchor Windlass
Jered has the capability to provide all types of anchor windlasses from vertical shaft Mil-Spec combined wildcat/capstan as used on the US Navy destroyers to horizontal shaft, single or dual wildcat versions for commercial marine applications. All electric or electro hydraulic designs are available. Jered has provided all the electro hydraulic anchor windlasses for the US Navy's CVN class aircraft carriers. These units handle 4 1/2 chain and a 60000 lb anchor.

Cargo Handling Systems
Jered has supplied numerous specialty handling systems ranging from 130 ton nuclear fuel handling cranes to dumbwaiters and conveyor systems.

Pontoon Roadways and Bridging
Jered has designed and manufactured a modular elevated causeway system, ELCAS(M) for the U.S. Naval Facilities Command. Jered was selected for this project by demonstrating the capability to manage a large complex program in addition to the engineering and manufacturing disciplines required.

Stabilizers
Jered LLC provides marketing, manufacturing, and logistic support of ACH Engineering Products for USA, Canada, Mexico and the Carribeans. These products include various vessels stabilization systems, undersea energy and telecommunication cable handling equipment, radar cross section masks, and special handling equipment for mine sweeping and sonar systems.

Steering Gear
Jered has supplied the steering gear on most classes of US Navy ships as well as on numerous foreign navy vessels. These steering gear designs range from simple tiller and link to full shock qualified fully redundant rapson slide designs.
